Dear All,

This is to draw the attention of the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, New Delhi authorities that despite repeated complaints through its 198 IVRS system and personal visits to Sanchar Haat, Sector 6 & Sector 19 Dwarka, New Delhi Offices for over a month, my landline telephone (No.011-28042735) continues to be faulty with lots of noise and frequent break in connections during conversations. The authorities here are taking a very casual approach to my requests for fault rectification and I have been suffering due to this account. I was earlier residing in Sector 16B, Pkt-3C [No.28031794] in Dwarka, New Delhi and have recently shifted since April 2010 to my new premises in Sector 11, Pkt 2, Dwarka, New Delhi. Sadly, it took the MTNL to shift this my previous telephone connection to this new one almost 15 days !! That's the service MTNL is providing these days to the residents of DWARKA (New Delhi).

Will the concerned authorities rise up to the occasion to relieve me from this inconvenience ??

How many more visits and complaints are required to get a simple complaint rectified ??
