    My fixed line (01145665452) is not working and there is no resolution provided from backend team

    Hi there,

    I have airtel fixed line #01145665452 and I am not able make any outgoing calls (not even 121) and no body is there to resolve my problem. I am regulerly speaking with customer care almost everyday for getting status and dialing from my mobile phone (paid) but no resolution. I got many interactions IDs but no use of them, I am mentioning some of them here...

    32261754, 32550332, 32352198, 32010388, 3205662, 133360690 and many

    Here I am going to explain my problem in detail...

    Previously I was living in Dwarka Sector 18 B and my airtel land line number was 01145694852. Due to some reasons I shifted to dwarka sector 11 hence requested to shift my number (16 April). I was communicated that this request will change my number and I was OK with that. Airtel allotted me the new number 01145665452 and was very quick for doing wiring (19 Apr) and activation of my newly allotted number (20 April). But I was not able to make any STD calls initially. I logged a complaint for the issue and that was resolved after continuous followup of almost 1 week with customer care. Suddenly after 2 days I noticed, my all the out goings were barred and even I was not able call 121 customer care. I was getting the message that Some bill is pending when I was trying to call any number (121 too). In fact there was no outstanding was due till that day and the due date was far away for next bill generated of Rs 795/-. I used my cell phone to call customer care every time and spent lots of money calling long duration calls to customer care (because I was not able to call the toll free number 121 also). They (customer care) suggested me to make payment of Rs. 795/- to unbar my number and I made the payment by mCheck but still the problem is as it was.

    Most of time, I suppose to make some tollfree calls for attending my official meetings from US. But due to unavailbility of phone I am calling those numbers from other sources and paying the expences by self.

    Its now almost a month I am not able to use my phone but the issue is not resolve till today. Please take this issue as a priority as I am now fed up with the promises of customer care executives.

    Default Problem with Airetl prepaid mobile number

    I have a Airtel preapid connection with number 9550117890. Since two years I am not able to make any calls to Landlines in Karnataka.
    I raised this complaint so many times. BUt each time Customer care assured me of a solution within 48 hours. But till now the problem is not resolved. Whenever I give call to Customer care they say that there is no complaint raised on this issue & they open a new complaint. Around six months back on a particular day I got a call back from customer care & I was told that issue was resolved. On that one day I was able to make one call to the landline in Karnataka. But after few hours when I tried calling again, the same problem was persisting.

    On 16th June 2011 I again called customer care & told them the problem. The customer executive transfered the call to supervisor & the supervisor said there is no problem from our side & we cannot give you any solution to this problem.
    Then I wrote a mail to 121@in.airtel.com. I recieved a mail asking further details of my address, landmark, the handset I am using. But why these people are not understanding that the problem is not with handset or anything. I tried using the same SIM in so many handsets of different companies, but still the problem exists.

    and also airtel is activating some or other kind of services on prepaid numbers without getting any request from customers. This is one way of cheating customers. We realize only when the balance starts decreasing. I request the concerned authority to tackle the problem & give a quick solution
