It is with regret that I am writing this email to you informing about how Reliance’s pathetic service and unsupportive customer service staff is affecting my business.
Our is a Broking Firm dealing in Stock Market. You must be equally aware how important it is for us to maintain the communication route active all the time.
Since last week Reliance services are frequently going down and due to this our business is getting hugely affected.
Almost 3 to 4 times the line goes down in a given day. Most frustrating part is , if the connectivity is restored even for 30 minutes and if the line is down again, then we are asked to log another NEW complaint and follow the entire procedure!!!
Ever Company follows a 24 hr TAT to close the case. Then why is Reliance closing the cases without any intimation and confirmation from Us.
I would like to know why is the case closed without confirming with India Advantage and who will repay the losses incurred by my company due to this irregular connectivity.
We have a monthly commitment with Reliance of more than Rs. 2 Lacs. Still we are getting such third class service!!!!
It is my request to kindly look into the matter and get it restored asap or else I will have to close down my PAN India Account with Reliance.
