This months (Mar 2010) I have taken a Reliance Prepaid GSM at h derabad. The telcom service provider company Rellaince has disconnected the outgoing and Incoming calls without any intimation & now is asking again to submitt ID & address proof. Initially all the documents has been submitted. This is unnessary harassment & loss for me.

When I contacted the customer care of Relaince no body responded properly and satarted searching all other documents for my document delivery. when I said that I am going to resubmitt all the document again but my connection should be resume asap , they said it will take min 3 working days for resume this service ...

I was actvitated Night free paln which is payble from ohter mobile.. can any one suggest what and how Proper action should be taken as I have lost so many important calls, information due and lots of money for this.
