I was Land Line customer of Relaince Communication for almost 3.5 - 4.0 years. In June 2009 I surrender the Hand set and filed an application for disconnecting connection and getting my money (Security Deposit+excees amount paid = approx 2500 RS). I got the receipt from nearest Reliance communication center in tolloychowki, Hyderabad for application.

After filling this, I did not got any reply from Reliance. after that I started calling reliance call center and keep on visiting the reliance communication center (almost 20-30 times). When I did not received any fruitful\concrete reply from them, I again approached Reliance through customer care mail ID.

Again after many followups I got the cheque of 815 RS. Now I am asking for the full paymnet which should be around 2500 but they are not paying me back and keep on saying that there acocunt derpartment has cleared only 815/- RS which is absolutly wrong.

Please advice
