    Exclamation Fraud Billing from Bsnl

    Hello there,

    I have been facing the problems from Bsnl dept since 1 and a half years now and yet it continues even after shifting from Wll to Fixed LL...
    The problem is that: Firstly, they keep on billing for the calls that we haven't made... for an instance: let me say like we make a call to someone cell phone/LL which is of a Bsnl one itself and speak for not more than 2-5 mins and this call would be charged like 2 hours a total of 120 mins and will be charged accordingly for that duration and will considered as a longest call for the day...

    Secondly, when i receive the detailed call script that were made, all i get to see is a huge list of numbers and a big amount of duration like 1:00:56 and much more and even like 30:56 and all along with that there will be some numbers that even i don't know to whom it belongs to nor that people...

    Thirdly, There is also BB [Broadband connection] along with it and this is also included in the same bill but it is listed as Misc services as Internet charges :750+ = 750/-

    Since the BB connection is 750+ and according to their tariff i am not liable for Monthly LL rent of [180/-]

    Yet the bill raises from 1000/- to 1600/- per month and according to my daily call audits the call made from our residence is not more than 5 calls a day and each call does not prolongs more than 5 - 8 mins yet they round like 360 - 500 calls a month...

    Yet sometimes inorder to check we won't make calls in that month as a whole and yet they charge the same amount of bill as if we have ever made and such a month bill should not be more than 750 as you are liable to pay for BB connection every month untill you order for its disconnection...


    I have submitted the query to the Commercial officer in Bangalore [Swathi Complex, Sheshadripuram, Bangalore], same has been forwarded to JTO/D of our Local BSNL exchage through Field office Mr.Mutt as he never allows us to meet JTO/D in that office] and another copy to CC department of the Local Bsnl Exchange not to say that a query has also been issued to the Nodal officer...

    Yet i see no-response from them... nor the bill is being reduced nor the extra amount is been refunded...


    They will make immediate response on the issues like: BB/LL disconnection/connection only not more than that and if there are any new schemes that you are eligible for they will eat your head and make you fed up....

    Awaiting for response and help at the earliest,....


    EN: This connection is taken in my father's name when i used to study and now i pay the bills as i use BB connection and as i am on the job...
