I have applied for a new land line connection in jaipur , near Vashali Nagar on 24/04/2009.
when i inquired before submiting the fee about the physibility i was assured it has,
now when i deposited the money they said sir you need to wait for 2 or 3 months to get a port free for you to make it aviliable .
now till date they are not giving any prompt response,

so any possibility for this action

Kindly post your complaint with your full contact details apart from this send a written notice to the Nodal officer via email, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund within the mention time in the notice.
