Recently I used Airtel mobile internet service. Here I wish to draw your attention toward fraud commeted by such a BIG company. When I used the net and clicked on a LINK I was charged Rs, 75-00 , then Rs, 10 as some subscription charges by AIRTEL LIVE without confirming or telling the user of such charges. When contact by AIRTEL help line they told me that as I have clicked to the link the charges applied on me. Here I REQUEST THE COURT TO FRAME RULES SO THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT START UNLESS we RECONFIRM IT
SUCH A BIG INTERNATIONAL COMPANY SHOULD NOT USE SUCH TACTS.to earn money. I think that the company owner does not know about these think and it is done by the Officials to show more profit to their Boss to get hike in their SALARY

I have a postpaid connection in airtel. I got my internet pack activated a couple of days back. It's 98/- for 30 days.
since 3 weeks it isn't working on my mobile inspite of saving and configuring all settings. I called several times for resolution, they say everything is fine.

I have a complaint against Airtel. I am an Airtel customer since 4 years, and I believed it was a good company. But now I have realised its real face, please read the below brief history about my issue:

I was about to go out of country, so I requested for cancellation of my number. After 1 month,(I am out of country now) they didn't cancel it- at least I didnt get any reply from the mail id which I sent the request. When I was being sent bills still, I called them to check my cancellation. They informed me that I need to clear my balance, then only it would be cancelled. Ok, NOW when I check my bills, they have overcharged me. My plan was for US calls was around Rs.4/-. But they have charged me around Rs.6/- per minute for each ISD call. When I contacted them regarding this for several times, they have now accepted their mistake and they have given me the waiver from part of my bill. Now what they are asking is as per the plan.

Had I not raised this issue with them, they would have still charged me the same thing...

My issue is, I have made several calls from USA to Indian customer care, which will cost me a good amount here, they are not ready to deduct my expenses. I am ready to pay the bill but only after deducting my expenses.

My Airtel Phone number is 8105714733, I have a life time validity plan on this number which is expiring on October-2016.

I had a balance of Rs 400 left in my Airtel account after I recharged my mobile number with GPRS Rs 60 - 1GB/14 days on 28/12/2011. I got a message on my phone saying that I have 1024 MB of data valid till January 10th 2012.

I restarted my mobile and started using Internet from mobile, and after 500 MB usage, I got a message that I have 30 Rs left in my account.

My concern is that why 370 rs were deducted from my account for using Internet despite having 1024 MB of valid data usage in my mobile valid till 10th January 2012.

I kindly request you to look in to this issue and revert the money back in my Airtel account.
