I, Narendra Kumar , applied for Reliance Fixed wireless connecton andsubmitted my pasport copy for the same.
OASIS INFOCOM, an autherized Dealer collected Rs:1550 from me.
After one week, my phone is not working. When called to Reliance customer care, they told me that Address verification updates not recived from Dealer.
But, one executive came to my residence and verified the same and Dealer aslo confirmed that address verification is completed.

Now customer care told me to contact Dealer, but dealer is not giving proper answer, they are switching off phones when i called to them.

I recieved bill also for 1.5 months.

Kindly give mejustice on this.
