Hi,

last year I purchased one Alcatel landline phone from Reliance dital, ambience mall, Gurgaon. After few month it stop working. So within warrenty peroid i returned it back to the Reliance digital for the maintenance. On 23-Sep-2009 i give it for maintenance. Now its around two and half month but i didn't get my phone back.

Every time i call or visit to those people they always tell me that phone is sent to banglore for replacement. So many times i asked them when i can get my phone but no body is giving any reply. Every time they told me that you will get it next week or they will call me on my mobile. but neither they call nor they are providing the phone.

So i request you to solve the Problem as early as possible.
