I, Ankur Rajput, had a airtel landline a couple of year back,, which i got
disconnected in march 08...then in the month of April 09, i got a call from
the airtel customer care asking for reactivation of the same number.. But i
told them i don't want connection,,
After this call there was no communication between me and airtel..
then suddenly after a month a received a bill from airtel for the landline
connection which actually i don't have..
After getting the bill i went to the shop at rajnagar, Ghaziabad to get them
aware about this context.
The manager there told me that he has sent a request regarding this to the
head office and this connection will soon be closed.. a month later i again
received a bill from them,,,
Tell me what should i do in this context,,
please Help me,,,
