BSNL not providing connection

I applied for new BSNL connection in Hinjewadi, Pune exchange. however even after 4 months, I am unable to get connection from BSNL. this is after they have verified that lines exist in my locality and they can easily provide the connection.

I applied for new BSNL connection in Gudhliya exchange,Bandikui (Rajasthan) in Oct 2004.Applied no-SDOTelegraphR-2/GDL/04-05/66 N 25104 . I am unable to get connection from BSNL till now.Other people got connection even after applied after my connection.Take necessary action regaring BSNL SDOtelegraph Bandikui dist-dausa{rajasthan}

I had applied for new a BSNL Land Line connection on 3-Aug-09 for Naigaon, Vasai Dist Thane Papdi exchange, Maharashtra. After 2 months that is around end of Sep-09, I was informed that the connecting cannot be given at my residence as the board / box is more than 100 yards away from my residence and the line man said that the connection can be provided only if there are minimum 5 connections. I have newly constructed a bungalow and all my neighbors have a connection. The signals for wireless connections and mobiles in my area is that the signals are very low. One more reason to apply for landline is to procure broadband connection. Please help.

please write to their technical incharge they can increase the band width and make arrangement for one extra connection
