voip installation charges billed unnecessarily by MTNL i was charged with Rs 500 as voip installition fees from mtnl in my landline bill,which was never installed at my home.i just made an inquiry and then did not opted for this service.
inspite of many complaints to mtnl and the contractor no one helped me out and my phone was disconnected due to non payement. then i deposited the bill with an extra Rs 500 and till now i have not received back.
