    Dear Sir/Mam,
    I want to know the actual rate of Bharat Gas Connection in rural area? what is the rate of Single Cilender and Double Cilender Gas Connection? And I also want to know that is Gas Stove Purchasing is necessary through Gas Agency. If Gas Agency dealer forcelly asked that you have not take gas connection without Gas Stove and other Accessories.

    Exclamation Excessive delay in supply of refill cylinder.

    The Competent Authority,
    Dear Sir, I am a consumer o Bharat Gas (ANAD GAS SERVICE, Shrirampore, West Bengal), my consumer no. is AG 10949. I have booked on 25th. June this year, my online booking no. is 22864277 (dt. 25th. June, 2012). But unfortunately I have not yet received the same. In my previous case I booked on 7th May but received on 30th. May. I have to arrange costly electricity as the alternative. Several times I made complain to the Authority (central and regional) but the problem is not solved. This is the regular feature for a lot of years.

    I shall be obliged if you take the n/a to remove the problem permanently.

    Default Garagatte agency,Hubli- Delay of getting Gas cylinder due to twice computer lock, of "consumer No"

    Referance of "Garagatte gas agency, Hubli," Karnataka, Our consumer number - 753, (Sarashwatibai, H.No-10,Nehru Nagar,Gadag Road, Hubli),
    Facing problem for booking the gas cylinder, thru phone, and twice our consumer number lock in computer, resulted to follow up to request for activation including updating with submittal of relevant documents etc, causes to delay of booking/delay of getting refilled gas cylinder,
    • We could not understand/confused about our gas consumer number-753, is twice lock in their computer, It happens automatically or thru standard applicable rule or instruction from BPCL.
    * It happens in " May,2012", we had followed for submittal/update & subsequently (after three weeks) received gas cylinder in Jun,2012 ,and it repeats in "1st,Week of Nov,2012", again they asked for follow up of submittal of relevant documents include photo,s /update etc, Garagatte agency staff given the reason that the gas cylinder booking is too much delay/beyond three month period, (90 days ), we request for correct reason, as more consumption only problem to get authorization/pay more money, If it is less consumption and delay of gas booking, no reason to lock in computer, In case of applicable rule, we will follow it accordingly.
    • - Gas cylinder booking is not possible thru phone, as not lifting the phone, resulted to delay of booking the gas cylinder and Specially for old age persons, to do the additional expense of the to & fro cost of Auto /transport, for reaching to their office, for booking the gas cylinder.
    We request for your kind help to avoid the computer lock of our consumer number,/repeatation of submission of document for updation/activation and facilitate the gas booking thru phone,

    Dear sir,
    I am the customer of Bharat Gas with SV no 18329 / Priya Gas Agency from Thaltej, AHMEDABAD. Today we had booked the cylinder and he insisted that we have to pay Rs 850 for refilling the cylinder.

    He also mentioned that there was a new rule passed by the Bharat Gas that the customer will be charged high amount after completing 3 cylinders of use.

    Dear Sir, I am a consumer o Bharat Gas (Jaannath gas co, dombivali west ), my consumer no. is 23082. I have booked on 28th.sep 12 , But unfortunately I have not yet received the same.on call says now it is too late new booking on 9\11\12 and delivered on 10\11\12. I have booked on 16\11\12 , But unfortunately I have not yet received the same on call says we will send tomarow But unfortunately I have not yet received on call says now it is too late, new booking in jan 13 also But unfortunately I have not yet received the same on call says we will send tomarow I have to mannage by barrowing nebour Several times, I made complain to the delar (central and regional) but the problem is not solved. This is the regular feature form last years.

Iam bhart gas sarvice cunsumar .my cusumar no 2839and svc no502660498and issue date 4/11/2000 is close plase information give what case my gas cannaction areclose when the indian govt.     I am Satish yadav, my Customers ID 43278902 with Zaveri gas Service I have getting problem on Refilled my cylinder from last 1 week their is no Information about way my cylinder not booked just they told wait 2&3 days from last 1 week now my Cylinder getting empty....
    Now It's big problem to me & my family and what i did I don't know.
    Zaveri gas Service says It's problem by Bharat gas Service please do needful to resolving my problem as soon as

    Sir,

    Myself Mrs Gayatri Challa Consumer No.AG 34018 Pune is not booking cylinder, but it is seen from the mobile updates that my cylinder has been booked on 15/02/2013 & 15/03/2013 and has been delivered on 18/02/2013 & 18/03/2013. But it is submitted that since i not temporarily not residing in that area i am not booking the cylinder, but every month the cylinder is being booked and delivered to whom i dont know. i have not received any cylinder. It is requested that you may please look into the matter and check who is being taking my cylinder under my name. I had last refilled my cylinder in November 2012 which is still being used by me. My registered mobile no. is 9860650107.

    Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

    my name is Anjay kumar karn,i am indian citizen from punjab,ludhiana,my consumer number is(12146)and your dealer is (kailay gas service sua road near back side of hero cycle ludhiana)i submit my complaint against your dealer about poor very poor service and talking behaviour with costumer not very good and satisfaction,(2)if we booked our gas’s in time delivery can not confirmed with in 20 to 30 days its very strange............kindly do needed full action against your dealer so in futher he give respect to the consumer ..........i hope the neede full action as soon as posible................................

    Dear sir,

    Due to non-receipt of refilled gas cylinder till date (29.03.2013) I (consumer No.11264 of Chandannagar Gas Supply Agency, Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal) am in utter inconveniency. Date of booking was on the 8th of March, 2013 and on contact I was requested to take delivery on my own from the godown whic was very difficult to me. I have no alternative measure to manage the situation. May I to forbear such raw gesture from a concern like Bharat Gas?

    Post Delay in refill supply

    I am a consumer of Bharat gas, my consumer no. is 25022 and agency is Dammo Enterprises, Shadara delhi

    Dt. Of Booking 14.03.13 ref No 33718889
    Till date I could not get refill
    I visited agency on 29.03.13, person in the chair, he print a slip in front of me and said to me that tomorrow you will get a refill.
    Unfortunate I could not get a refill cylinder till date.
    On bharat gas web site status shows C with delivery date 29.03.13.
    At last I complaint with bharat gas web site , ref no 40140747 on 03.04.13 with all detail, still no response even after bharat gas authority action taken status.
    It shows that company and agency together making fraud of subsidy refill cylinder.
