I purchased two items from starcj alive (1) Item Code: 104314 Cutting Edge 18 Pcs. Veggie Fresh and (2) Item Code: 104414 Kaiserhoff 12 piece Jumbo Cookware Set online through your Frainchisee M/s. MNM Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Village Sampka-Jamalpur, Pataudi Road, Tehsil Pataudi, Gurgaon (Haryana) vide their Invoice No. 201110030648 dated 03/10/2011. I received the item No. 1 (mentioned above) through GATI CARGO vide their Docket No. 113677958 dated 03/10/2011. I have severally requested by phone to the Customer Care to dispatch the Item No.2 (mentioned above) for which I have already paid the amount alongwith the Item No.1. But I have not received any response or goods so far. I have not recieved my product nor any call from the Star CJ. Is it because they have already recieved the amount for the product and are not bothered to check whether the product is delivered or not? I have called the star CJ many times but they have ensured to deliver the product.They have responded with the same lame excuses and even their supervisor Mr.Neeraj Tyagi convinced me that he will ensure the delivery of product and will call me back in 30 mins with the solution. Even after 24 hrs no body called me. I have called the customer care again today and all in vain no solution was offered me but false commitments. Their supervisor for the day Mr.Arvind was also not offering me solution. I am really frustrated and helpless with no solution offered by Star CJ.

I am very surprised to see that even the prestigious Star Group with their channel STAR CJ is playing with the sentiments and making fool of the customers. The response for the customer complaints is very poor and the voice for justice go into the deaf ears. The senior management is not taking any steps to improve the situation and after going through the other complaints from the consumer complaint site, I have found lot of similar complaints against Star CJ. I strongly request you to take action against the Star CJ and help the customers.

I appreciate if you can help me to get justice and written apology from the senior management of Star CJ for the sufferings, mental harrasment, time loss, false commitments they have given to me. Awaiting for an early response.
