I bought a "Cooking King" from TVC Sky shop, after seeing their advt. in newspaper. My order no is "OC2735063" dt. 19.08.2011. Within two days I received the product. After checking it I found it defective (dented & in not working condition). I contacted the customer care and returned the product on 23.08.2011 by dtdc courier, as per their instructions. They promised me replacement. Since then for almost five months I am contacting them but they are giving me fake assurance. Twenty days before I told them that I am going to write the complaint against them on Consumercourt, but they are least bothered. I have not received any replaced product nor my money. The firm is FRAUD & CHEATER. Its not the matter of money but the CHEATERS should get punishment as they are advertising and selling fake or defective products to others.

I want strict action against them.
