    dear sir
    i mr.prabhakar rana residing at vasai had bought a pureit water filter after calling
    on your helpline.it was delivered to my house 2 weeks back.but the executive did not
    give me a bill.i called up your helpline and registered a complaint.the executive
    told me they would deliver it within two days.it has been a fortnight since i have
    registered a complaint but no response.the unit serial no is:RPM 050 072 5216.
    my mobile number is 90040003789.
    9320305010. i am sending a copy of this letter to consumer court also
    since there is no response from your side.

    Thumbs down No response even after 10 days of request for change in battery and filter

    Sir,
    My Customer Id/Name is : 1927122187 PUNEET.
    I had placed an order for the change in the filter, as it had a 80% red indication as on 17-07-2009. Ten days are over, and there is so far no service being provided from your end. While selling your product, the customer is told that the part will be replaced in 3 working days??? It seems,putting up a 1 crore challenge adv is merely a commercial stunt. I hope the job is done tomorrow, else we will have to go to consumer court with a telephone recording of our compalint that we made on the 17-07-'09. Whom do u think is responsible for such mental harrassment...don't you people have any sort of professionalism in the work you are supposed to do? Kindly get the job done asap.

    Thumbs down PUREIT Horrible service

    Dear sir,
    I had bought a PUREIT water filter on 25th March 2009 vide Invoice No. IS09/DLI0480-8227. My customer id is 1927255916. It was told during the installation that the replacement of the BATTERY (Adevice which stops the water flow after 4-6 months of usage) takes 2 to 3 days. But it is on 16th Aug 2009 I have lodged a complaint for replacement of the BATTERY but till today i.e. 20/08/2009 6PM it is not replaced.

    I have the following details regarding my request/complaints

    1. Request booked on 16th Aug 2009 vide R. No. S09/DLI0483007635.
    2. Complaint booked on 17th Aug 2009 vide C. No. C09/1416744.


    Since then I have been calling their CSN 9212500600 regularly but in vain.

    So I Request that a very stringent action to be taken against these fraud companies for defaulting on the service and for which all my family members consuming water from sources not so reliable. Subsequently I am suffering from fever since 19th Aug 2009.

    Dear Sir,

    To get any help on company level, you will have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the HLL Co. Just send a written complaint and wait for the response for 15 days and do keep a copy of that letter with you.

    Default my pure it shuld be repaired

    We purchased pure it on 29 august,2009
    but my pure it is not working properly, and i complaned in your head office, but no body is come till today.so please my pure it have repaired as soon as possible,otherwise i have to take action which is very harmful for you.

    I purchased pureit on 6 april,2010 and have not received the bill for the same, inspite of repeated reminders to the sales executive who delivered it. Pathetic service.The sales executive does not even receives my call after selling the product... Is this the service hindustan liver boasts of?? I thought of purchasing the product for my home as well, but after such a pathetic experience....never!!!

    Angry Pathetic Services of PURE IT

    Hindustan Unilever PURE IT water purifier (filter) is not goot as per other filters.
    The Battery life is very less.
    Poor customer care services.
    Poor services of engineers.
    As per commitment they are failed to provide even battery.
    Please beware of Hindustan Unilever products.

    I have registered the oreder / complaint number s10/MUM 2164 -020555 on 7th september.I have placed the oredr for new Batery for Pureit via above number.Today its 13th september.I have not yet got any response from Pure it team. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Please let me know if you will act immedaitely. else I will have to take this problem to the consumer forum / consumer court.
