purifier on 25-5-2008 from Redistribution stockist of HINDUSTAN
UNILEVER LTD.>,Najaf garh , new delhi, My customer id is ci-1926102657.Now, I ordered a battery kit on 14-05-2009 and they assured me to provide the same within 3 working days, but I have not received the same yet.I have been made several calls to Pureit helpline but I am
still waiting to have the fresh drinking water with a new battery kit.
Therefore, I request you to take necessary action against them as

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.
