purifier on 25-8-2008 from Mitra Entrepreneurs,<Redistribution stockist of HINDUSTAN
UNILEVER LTD.>,Birati SWZ, 617/2 madhusudan banerjee road, axis bank building,
kolkata-700051.My customer id is-1926388753.Now, I ordered a battery kit on
14-04-2009 and they assured me to provide the same within 3 working days, but I have
not received the same yet.I have been made several calls to Pureit helpline but I am
still waiting to have the fresh drinking water with a new battery kit.
Therefore, I request you to take necessary action against them as
soon as possible.
