Hello Consumer Court,
My name is Geejo.P.Mani.I have purchased one Kent Grand Mineral RO from
Pure water House #30,6th Cross ,Hutchins Road,St thomas Town , Bangalore .I
have purchased it on 01/03/2009 with bill no 10948 from Pure water House
representative name Shanker.Hegde.After I purchased the equipment has not
functioned properly .First there was a problem with the UV bulb.For that I
have logged the complaint and the service person has came after 3 days.After
that the Moter was not working for that I have logged the complaint and the
services person has came after 2 days.Now again the equipment is not working
from 23-05-2009..I have called 5 time Pure water House customer service
desk and the call has been taken by your customer support person name
Catherin. Still no one has turned up for the service.I have asked for a
product change but it was also not done.After paying Rs 13250/- as a
customer I have a complaint in both on product and service.
