Hindustan Unilever PURE IT water purifier (filter) is not goot as per other filters.
The Battery life is very less.
Poor customer care services.
Poor services of engineers.
As per commitment they are failed to provide even battery.
Please beware of Hindustan Unilever products.

I have submitted a complaint regarding the water not being filtered properly. We called up the customer care service and the call gets transferred from one person to another but the repair is not done. Previously whenever the engineer from the service turns up (after a number of customer care calls), he demands we have to pay him extra Rs. 80 to Rs.100 for his travel charges which is really bad.

Now we called up a number of times and they have not yet turned up. Very poor service.

My pureIt water filer is not working from last 2 months...i bought it before 6 months..I tried contact their customer care number more then ten times..and i didn't get ant reply...it was clearly working 4 two months...then it started showing compliant...after that we started cleaning it daily...now it stopped its functioning total...

sir my mob no.9873532310 which i had registerd in pure it customer care i have chage my pure it battery on 26feb2011 and after yhe few days it stop working it will not filter the water from upper portion i register a complaint and nobody would come and see it so pls repair it fast

This is Madhan, I had bought Pureit dated on 21st March 2011, once I had open that I had seen one part got damaged. I had given the compliant immediately. Executive told that going to send the service engineer immediately. Still we didn't get any response from PURE IT.

We had spend lot of money to give a call to customer care, every time they are giving simply compliant register no but no one is come to attend the problem.

We are having bunch of complaint no like, C113253264 dated 24th march 2nd complaint no: C113282181 dated 6th April, 3rd complaint no: C113286174 8th April, 4th complaint no: C113282181 dated 10th April, 5th Complaint no C113286174. After that one engineer has came and told that he don't have that particular material to replace he had promised that within 24 hrs he will replace. After 1 week still there is no any single response from them we are trying to reach him continuously. But he is not ready to attend the call even if he had picked the phone simply he is giving useless reasons his name is Yogesh his no: +91-9844491687.

Just for 50 Rs part still we are keeping the total product worth 1000 Rs as useless and we can't able to enjoy the benefit because of their service & response and spares available at market.

I would like to urge for a quality customer service from you team, Once needs to unify,
we should actively accepted it and act it as on priority, which has been noticed by your service, it's totally negligence and uneducated, unorganised people working with this organisation.

Hindustan Unilever PURE IT water purifier (filter) is goot but having a very very Poor customer care services (I must say a WORSt).

Poor services of engineers.

As per commitment they are failed to provide even battery even after number of follow ups.

Very rude and non-cooperative nature of customer care employee and Technitians.

Please beware of all these facts before purchasing Hindustan Unilever products
