We purchase Oven(Whilrpoor 3G) from BigBazar. After few months some internal part it stopped working. I filed a complain at Whirlpoor Custumer Care within few days a technician came and he retured back without repairing by informing us that for now the damaged part is not available and will be replaced wheneven it get in stock.

Since 6 months have been past but still no any action from them. Each and everytime we contact them they use to keep on delay by mentioning that the part is still not in stock.

We tried a looooooooooooot but still no any action.
