We have complained on 21May,2005 for service of Aquaguard under Service Contract (Contract Receipt No. AG96B: 10864193) and Complained No.68584. We are reminding them daily for 10 days but they are neither giving any response nor sending anybody for services.

aqua life guard machine
I've purchased the aqua life guard machine from the agency in last month with full payment but the dealer has not given me a final bill copy of company. and few day after he locked his shop and run away . so please advice me what can I do now, He promise me that he will send his man for serviceing after 3 months.

Regarding the complaint for services of AQUAGUARD
I am Amit Madan residing at A/126 LAJPAT NAGAR, SHAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD. We purchased your AQUAGUARD TOTAL in 07/04/2009, Since then we havenít received any services which were committed by your representative at the time of delivery.
So, you are requested to take strict counter action to help us to solve the problem because for any company, which I do think so, Customer satisfaction is the Quality Moto.

bad working of Eureka Forbes
it so happened that we did an AMC for our machine REVIVE and no proper documents were provided to us regarding that. but this doesn't end there; we never got proper services from the company, and when we found that one of the candles had malfunctioned within 20 days; nobody over would hear us and send the technician for that replacement and for the entire one month this went on and it didn't stop there, i got a call regarding that we had to renew our AMC still the lady knows that the complaint has been done and nothing they are doing.
please help us what we can do in this matter.

Service Contract of Water Purifier
I have a water purifier (Aquaguard iNOVA with e boiling +) and I made a service contract for 2 yrs. for the above purifier on 05.06.2010.
The details of Eureka Forbes Ltd. Authorised Service Centre is given below.

The circuit of the above purifier is not functioning from 08.02.2011 and from that day I have been calling the Service Centre several times and each time they are making false promises but not providing any service at all, as per the contract. I also called Eureka Forbes Helpline regarding this but obtained no result.
It is very unfortunate to have this kind of poor service (or, I should say, no service at all) from Eureka Forbes Ltd in spite of renewing the AMC in time. This is clearly a breach of contract from the Co.'s part and I feel really cheated.
