    Default Refill Not Recived from HP Gas

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to My Consumer no 608289 with HP Company . I am using HP product since last two years. I am in Patna since last one year, here i have transferred connection with HP distributor M/S ANANT GAS AGENCY, Rajendra Nagar , Patna -10 ,
    Distributor Code : 300020 .

    This is to inform you that , Since last one year he had supplied Gas only two times
    to me inspite of my requirement in 6 times. Previously i had logged a complaint with
    Consumer Court then after he had supplied gas to me after two month later whenever
    I booked refill.

    This time I had booked refill on 10feb 2009 but till date refill cylinder not
    received . i have called through phone many times to your distributor . They are
    always telling that tomorrow you will receive refill cylinder.

    Sir, I am Marketing Sales person & I am not livening regularly at house. My wife &
    my Chilled are suffering by unavailability of gas.

    HP Distributor giving loss in terms of HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!!

    HP distributor always creating difficulties to customer. HP organization is reputed
    & these type of distributor destroying HP company image. I have already purchased 5
    th Times gas in Black of Indene product .

    I am requesting to you kindly take action on them. So that a Consumer can enjoy
    better service from your company.

    Poor response from Yadu Gas agency, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P)

    Dear Sir,

    Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad is not able to deliver the refill even after 14 days. I've booked gas through phone on 06 Oct 09 having booking no. - 7223, but even today on 14 Oct 09 the refill is not supplied. I'm facing huge inconvenience owing to highly poor services of your agent.

    It is also to be noted that M/S Yadu has given the following nos. 2896030, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill one has to try continuously for 15-20 days,...

    Hope, IOC officials will please look into the matter and take some serious action to improve the miserably failing services of the agent.

    HP deler Bhawani Gas API corner Aurangabad.

    Hp gas delevery Boy Asking Extra money & other than language very vulgure with lady on home

    every time he is asking 20 rs more,
    & for harssment many time he is not delecering the refill on time.

    Please look in to matter. Hoping for Positive reply

    Angry Fake delivery of Refill

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to My Consumer no 606964 with HP Company . I have booked a refill vide booking No.206945 dt.02.06.11 & have not received a Refill, But I have received a SMS that I have been delivered a refill vide cash memo no. 8827 dt.13.06.2011 & after few mins. a New Sms with a new booking no.208372. Please let me know the matter & the person whom the fake delivery has been made.

    I am requesting to you kindly take action on them. So that a Consumer can enjoy
    better service from your company.

    Mahoday,
    Hamare Yahan 29/03/2005 se ghar par gas refill nahi dete hai hamen lene jana hota hai jabki Rate pure lete hai. Hamne Kai Bar is vishay Me Sikayate ki ha koi sunwai nahi karte hain. hame hi bhala bura suna dete hai.

    Default refill not received from hp gas

    i am customer of shaheed rudal hp gas agency, kankarbagh ashok nagar, Patna .i have booked refill on16th Feb,2012, booking no. is 217032 but till date not received refill .my last gas delivered on13.02.2012, booking date was 28.01.2012. i have consulted to dealer many time but he didn't satisfied me , It is requested to you look at this matter seriously and also request you please tell me , which date you count delivery date or booking date afterthat i may book our refill .

    i am a customer of shaheed rudal hp gas agency .my consumer no. is 602826. i have booked my refill on dated20.03.2012.booking no. is 220376 but till date he is not delivered gas.It is requested to you please look at this matter seriously. smt . sharda kumari , phone no.-8987312690
