Futura sinks are defective I purchased two Futura FS 666 sinks at approximately Rs. 15,000 each. When their technician came to install them I became aware of defects with the faucet & spray (accessories) that came along with the sinks. When the water was turned ON it was found to be coming out very slowly through both the faucet & spray. This problem could not be rectified by the company technician. When the company owner Mr. Kamalesh was informed he stated that he would replace the faucet & spray with an alternate and equivalent one at his own expense. Subsequently he has retracted his promise and refuses to rectify the faulty faucet & spray.

Futura has rectified defective sink The problem relating to Futura sink FS666 has been rectified. A new and better faucet has been supplied by the company to replace the defective faucet. I am satisfied with the response from Futura and thank owner Mr Kamalesh for his cooperation.
Futura Service from Sarjapur Office pathetic and very poor I have a futura sink in my apartment. Lately the flow in the faucet was very slow and there was leak from below.Hence tried to get help from the service to fix it. After calling continuously for a week a technician showed up and fixed the sink. The next day morning, there was a much larger leak at the bottom. I have called the service center back, and so far no luck. They are giving one or the other reasons for not sending the technician each day. Routinely, I am calling up and so far the response was so poor. I have never expected this bad a service from such a reputed company's service team. For sure, I am not buying a Futura sink for my newly bought house!!!!!
