In inviting your kind attention, I beg to state that, I Sri Jogendra Bala having INDANE Gas connection, bearing Consumer No. 5008 of Indane Gas ( Gas Distributor M/S KLEEN GAS, Kharvela Nagar, Bhubaneswar ) I have booked for Gas on 19th April 2010 and got booking Sl. No. 4826. Several times I have tried to contact on telephone but found their telephone always in engage mode. After waiting a long period, I had personally met the manager on 12th May 2010 and he replied that I have not been booked for Gas. Being a old man again had met the manager on 13th May 2010 with booking date and sl. no. of booking. Then he told me, you go now, you will get Gas on 14th or 15th May 2010 positively. It is a great regrettable fact that I have not yet been received the Gas. Now my two cylinders are empty. Now a days it is most essential commodity for a family. How can my family manage cooking in these days of hardship. Regularly the Distributor is harassing.
Here given some examples:
1. Booking date - 13th March 2010 – Sl. No. - 4305
Delivery date - 31st March 2010
2. Booking date - 11th Dec 2009 – Sl. No. - 3383
Delivery date - 31st Dec 2010

I have put forth my grievances to the officers and Field officers through E-Mail i.e. alikdey@indianoil.co.in, skrath@indianoil.co.in, naikg@indianoil.co.inon 17th, but there is no action till yet.

I there fore request you to kindly enquire the matter and make necessary arrangement in this connection and oblige. An early action is requested.
