    Thumbs down Worst Customer Service

    I wanted to buy a Eureka Forbes Aquagauard purifier for my new house after using Reveiva RO for a year. I approached the sales person who suggessted me to go for Enhance UV. I have to say that it was wrong suggesstion provided without testing the water quality. I have been trying to reach the Eureka Forbes customer care from 20th of May & everytime the msg I get compliant has been registered & exceutive would be replacing the unit with Enhance RO. It has been more than a month & nobody has turned up or even called me. What is worse that these people don't proivde a compliant registration number when I call them whch is also case even after speaking to supervisor & everytime I call them I need to explain my case. Sales rep tells me than I would get a partial refund if I were to return which ridiculous & shows how irresponsible these people are towards customer service & when I spoke to his manager he without even understanding issue tells me that company will not provide a replacement.I strongly recommend people not to go for this product.     I have not been contacted by your service team even after this mail. This again shows how irresponsible your team is when it comes customer service. Is there someone in Eureka Forbes who cares about customer service & satisfaction. Its now nearly 2 months that I have been following up for the replacement.

    Please look at above email threads, I have provided both customer & contact details on 3rd of July itself. I hope someone in Eureka Forbes geninuely cares about customer service.
