Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had joined FIRSTFLIGHT COURIER as customer Service executive from 20th september 2011 at their Siliguri Branch. After I had joined, I was informed from Kolkata head office that I will look after branch Emails and Telephonic queries only but the person who was branch-in-charge then always sent me for pick up and delivery work and also wanted me to look after mails and telephonic calls also.
As new joinee I accepted whatever work they handed me but as time flied the so called BRANCH-IN-CHARGE asked me to do OPERATION works like POD entries and all along with telephonic attends, email attends, pick up and delivery and sometimes collection. Oneday I requested him that it is not possible to look after so many work at one time because everyday branch receive 50-60 delivery queries per hour so how come I will work on entries/accounts/delivery. I was mentally pressure from that person everyday and every moment. He insulted me in front of my juniors every day. also, he used to take my two wheeler with him for official work but never given me travelling expenses.
Later, one day he told me that from next day I should not come to office since I have done many misdeeds on accounting where as he was very much known to my family financial problems due to which I was agreed to work in such a low salary. My questions are:
1) I joined as CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK EXECUTIVE so how come I am responsible of branch collection faults?
2) Whenever, I received any collection I always submitted the amount to the accounts executive or branch in charge and if they have done any mis-deed with that money, then why I am being responsible for it?
3) the person who asked me not to join the office from next day is just as IT-AREA EXECUTIVE, how come he has given so much authorization to terminate a person.
4) Neither I have submitted my resignation nor I have been given termination letter then why that person not allowing to join the office?
5) Now, from other sources I have found that he and the account executive has stolen some money from branch collection and now they are blaming me for not submitting the money to branch so that he can block my one month salary which is still due.
6) now, they are not releasing my salary. The person are Mr. BIBHAS SARKAR (IT-AREA EXECUTIVE and so called "branch manager") , Mr. MUKHERJEE (accounts Sr. Executive).
looking for justification
