Heard the learned counsels.


Vide order dated 26.2.2008, the learned District Forum, Jaipur-II, Jaipur has disposed of two applications dated 27.10.2007 filed by the Complainant u/s 13 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 under Section 195 read with 340 of Cr.P.C. whereby the Complainant prayed not to admit documents in question in evidence and to take action against non-applicants u/s 340 of Cr.P.C for submitting forged documents.


After hearing both the counsels, the learned District Forum rejected the applications and allowed the documents in evidence. We have perused the impugned order. At this stage, the learned District Forum has not thought it a fit case where action u/s 195 of Cr.P.C is warranted. We would not like to interfere with this order but would like to say that while deciding the matter finally on merits, if there is something on record touching the credibility of the documents, the learned District Forum will be free to take action u/s 195 read with Section 340 of Cr.P.C.


With the aforesaid directions, the appeal stands dismissed.
