When this matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the parties submitted that in terms of the meeting held on 18.2.2009 in the office Chamber of CEO-cum-Secretary of the respondent on 24.12.2008 the matter has been mutually settled out of court pursuant to which the complainant has paid Rs. 2,64,623/- and thus the controversy involved in this complaint stands mutually settled out of the court.

2. Copy of these minutes dated 27.2.2004 alongwith photostat copy of the receipt of the aforesaid sum are taken on record.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned counsel for the parties, this complaint is dismissed due to out of the court settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties have undertaken to collect copy of this order from the Court Secretary free of cost as per rules.
