Judgment against Yashaswini in Andunhi Case DK DF 
Submit Complaint..In this case, 214/2011, Andunhi Vs Yashaswini and Bellare Cooperative Agricultural Bank, Yashaswini chose to pay up the entire amount along with up to date interest and cost of litigation - Rs.6,163/- at Consumer Court Mangalore on 22/02/2012. The DD was received by Andunhi's Advocate Mr. Sanjay D in full and final settlement.
Had Andunhi gone to a Networked Hospital, he would not have got a single penny as the scheme would have then rejected his claim saying that I and D procedure for Carbuncle was not covered under the scheme. Therefore moral of the story is that one must get his appropriate treatment in any hospital which he prefers and then prefer a claim. If not honoured resort to Consumer Litigation, which will result in full payment.
