This appeal has been filed by the appellant which was op no.2 before the District Forum,Alwar against the order dated 11.2.08 passed by the District Forum,Alwar in complaint no.138/07,by which the complaint of the complainant respondent no.1 was allowed against the appellant in the manner that the appellant was directed to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- as amount of compensation for mental agony to the complainant res.no.1 within 30 days failing which the complainant res.no.1 would be entitled to interest @ 12% p.a interalia holding that the amount in question to the tune of Rs.18,584/- was received by the complainant res.no.1 with some delay as this amount was first sent by the appellant to the village Laxmangarh of District Sikar though it must have been sent to village Laxmangarh of District Alwar and for that delay the impugned order was passed.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,deficiency in service on the part of the appellant is well established as this amount was first wrongly sent to Laxmangarh,Sikar in place of Laxmangarh,Alwar and for the deficiency a sum of Rs.3000/- were ordered to be paid by the

appellant to the complainant res no.1, we see no illegality in the impugned order. But award of interest could not be said to be justified and that part of the order by which interest was ordered to be paid by the appellant to the complainant res.no.1 deserves to be quashed and set aside.
For reasons as stated above,this appeal filed by the appellant is partly allowed in the manner that the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- to the complainant res.no.1 and that part of the order by which interest was ordered to be paid by the appellant to the complainant res.no.1 is quashed and set aside. To that extent the impugned order dated 11.2.08 passed by the District Forum,Alwar stands modified.

Respected Sir,
I am Brijesh Dubey and PF Account No. is HR-28021-163. I have submitted the PF withdrawal Form/Account Settlement form in December, 2010. In June the account has been settled and amount transferred into my Citi Bank Account that was closed. After that I have re-submitted a new form for the same with a new Bank Account Details. Against this form I have received the settlement amount against Claim ID GNGGN110600002333, against Claim Form 10C. But for Claim ID : GNGGN110600002328 against Claim Form 19 is still not received. I have visited more than 10 times to EPF office and meet in Section 5 with concern person but till now I did not get any favorable action on my request. Sir, I want to register for MBA course and October is the last month for the registration.
I would be highly oblige if you make me able to get register myself for MBA Program.

Dear Mr. Jain
After a very long time i come know how to send a concern regarding the PF Issue.
I Manish Sharma worked In Spanco BPO in Gurgaon from 2005 to 2008. In 2007 Spanco was converted in Sparsh but still my PF Amount haven't been cleared yet from 2005 to 2007, PF Account No.MH/44793/6848. I have left the company in 2008 January and my PF for Sparsh from 2007 to 2008 was cleared in 3 months but not for Spanco 2005-2007. I filled couple of forms thrice and done every formality which was required & asked to do by the company HR but there is no response by the company & PF office. I try to contact them many times in Mumbai, Gurgaon PF office but there is no response.
Now i humbly request you to take this issue on priority & update or inform me regarding the same. Below are my contact details on which you can reach me any time.
