Good Evening, i Jitendar Singh, in the month of September 2011 posted a complaint against HDFC sales Pvt ltd ( Bhubneswar ) branch. Later after certain period of time i realized that this is a big company and i am a small individual . So decided not to post anymore and closed the thread on my own. After that i have gone through the proper process. Intimating the management by sending them the emails regarding the justification on the content of the previous post.

Now the status is that i am re-leaved from the organization. my working period is from 01-06-2011. to 21-09-2011, according to the re-leaving letter i resigned due to my own volition. Now you think, when i will go to the next company, i will be asked to submit my last salary statements or some other bank statement where a statement reflect a particular salary is getting credited to a particular salary account.

I have a re-leaving letter, but i have no salary proof, what kind of employee was he. A Question in the recruiters mind ?

I have intimated to my HR department that if i will not get a reply on my salary statements then i will again post a complain and this time by uploading all the mails sent to HR department .

I am still waiting for a reply. If failed then will come again and will upload all the justifications.

Why i will became a silent sufferer, if have to suffer then why not teach them a lesson those are only busy in withdrawing their own salaries and nothing more than to that in the organization.
