I am again submitting my complaint regarding an amount of in rs 459 deducted by IBPS in the month of august 2011. I have called up the employers of IBPS but fed up with the negligence of the staffs. They just keep on saying that the amount will be refunded but in reality they are not in a mood to return and they have deducted money from 1000's of students in the same way they have taken money from me. The amount was deducted online when i was using my debit card for filling the online bank probationary officers form,there was a failure in transaction but still the amount had been deducted from my account ,the amount had been forwarded to BANK OF INDIA account. I would like consumer court to return my money as soon as possible and to take necessary action against IBPS which is committing fraud.
