In my Barclays card I had a balance of rs41 one year ago and now they are saying that they have made me as defaulter in CIBIL , due not non payment.


For the last one year I did not get any statement or Phone call but they are requesting me now to pay 4727 INR to get the NOC which is absurd.


What should I do now.


Someone please advice me is there a way to get rid of this issue.
