On Sunday 25, April 2010 at 8:30 Pm I was the third person approaching TESLA Diagnostic center, Chanda Nagar. Lady at front office collected Rs 1600/- (Reciept No MOR 1079) for payment against test "INTRA VENOUS PYELOGRAPHY". By 9:15Am & 10Am we approached reception to find out when my test would be taken & got no response. Finally at 11:15Am lady at front office responded stating "it is your responsibility to get your test done".
Since I was suffering with stones in kydneys, I was asked to be on liquid diet till IVP test is done & knowingly if a diagnostic center management behaves like this what should be the step taken by a patient. They have not returned my payment & asked me to wait till the test is done.
My questions here is
(1) How to educate a diagnostic center management to behave with people
(2) How to get my payment back
