When this case was taken up today, Mr. Arora submitted that his clients have made attempt to ascertain the address of the JDs from internet. According to him the address of the JD No.1 could be traced in the United States of America, but it has no agent in India. He thus prayed for an adjournment. We would have ordinarily allowed this prayer, however since 4th November, 2008 sufficient time has been allowed to the DH for filing correct address of the JDs, till date needful has not been done.

2. In these circumstances, this execution is dismissed as unsatisfied. It hardly needs to be clarified that as and when DH is able to obtain addresses of the JDs for their service, it can always institute fresh execution against them. Subject to this observation for the present, this execution petition stands dismissed.

Learned counsel for the DH has undertaken to collect copy of this order from the Court Secretary free of cost as per rules.
