This misc.application has been filed on behalf of Brij Bhushan Saxena,the complainant respondent in appeal no.469/04,which was decided by this Commission on 15.5.09 indicating that none was present on behalf of the complainant respondent though as per the case of the counsel Shri Sandeep Saxena for the complainant respondent he was present on that day and his name was not mentioned inadvertantly and thus it was prayed that the judgement passed on 15.5.09 be corrected in the manner that his name be entered as counsel for the complainant respondent.


Since the counsel for the Housing Board Shri M.L.Vyas has no objection for that, therefore,this application deserves to be

allowed.

In the result,this application filed by the complainant respondent is allowed and in the appellatte judgement dated 15.5.09 passed in appeal no.469/04,the name of Shri Sandeep Saxena,Advocate is inserted as counsel for the complainant respondent and thus the judgement dated 15.5.09 be treated as corrected accordingly.
