    Default Reliance netconnet broad band connection

    Dear Sir,

    We have been contacted by Telecaller of Reilance and sold Reliance Netconnect+ on 30/09/11 promising to supply the instrument on 30/09/11and activate internet with Data card latest by 01/10/11. After supplying the data card, they find that there is not signal in our area. After enquiry, the engineer says that there are few more complaints from this area and would collectively resolve this but it may take indefinite time.

    Our request to take back the instrument and refund the money is denied and says they cannot take back the instrument.

    Now we have paid the money of Rs.2523 which has become entire waste as they ar enot taking back the money and also not giving the connection of internet.

    Request to help us.

    Default Problem with relaince net connect bill

    Hello:

    My Reliance Acc No. 9391785078. It is noteworthy that I've closed my account in August 2011, but they are continuing to send bills and asking for payment of it. If this is not an official complaint in consumer court, please give me details on how to register an official complaint against the company.Also i am not using the device from August. When i spoke to customer care they are saying that they didnt receive any cancellation form from dealer. Actually my billing date is 20th and i got 1752.00 Rs for the month of July but when i went to the outlet he asked me to pay 1850RS in order to proceed with cancellation. And i paid the amount but again i am getting bill.
