Concorde Motors (India) Limited,Hyderabad have taken insurance cover with United India Insurance Company Limited (online) at Mumbai for my Tata Indica Vista (Vehicle No.AP29AH7436). Insurance Policy No.02090031090110001367.
When my vehicle met an accident in August, 2009, a Surveyor by name Mr.Suender Reddy at Hyderabad was appointed by you and he has completed all the formalities. My Claim No.is 2090031092430000163.
I have made total payment of Rs.17,152/- to Concorde at Hyderabad on 17.09.2009 and the total bills were handedover to Mr.Surender Reddy for onward transmission to you alongwith other documents file. Mr.Surender Reddy, your Surveyor has confirmed that he had sent to you the total file in September, 2009 itself. I have not received payment of my claim even after considerable time of more than two months elapsed.
To my misfortune, Concorde has chosen to take policy in Mumbai online even though we have sufficient Insurance Companies in Hyderabad and Private insurance companies are clearing claims within a week.
I shall be highly thankful if you could take immediate action to pay my claim immediately.
