Dear Sir/Madam

I am Dineshkumar,I was Uninor distributor from December 2009-January 2011.I have lot of problems with TSm while i was in distribution.I was not satisfied with Uninor works and he created a lot of problem and i have contacted all higher official in Uninor about the problems.but none solve it.from this I came to know that all employees have same principles.without informing the higher officials in Uninor, Tsm had changed my distribution to another.at that time i made my mind to create a problem.then at that time new ZSM in Coimbatore came to our office in February month and he promised to solve all the problems within two months.so,i gave my resignation in march month and i have sended all the Sim that i had stock in my office to Coimbatore office in April first week.I have contacted every week about status to Zsm,he said i will receive all my deposit and some settlement to us within May or June and the process is in final step.

But months rolled on i had no confidence with him,so i have the finance team of Uninor office in chennai,but that person had refused to attend my phone after our first discussion.Then i came to know that ZSm asked him not to attend my call,so he refused my call.

then i contacted the nodal office in July and i had send mails to them about the problem,i have sended lot of mails to them but no response and the phone is switch off every day in the month of June,then i called them in july one person asked my problem and said we will solve soon.but one month gone there is no response from them.

then i have contacted continuously but they doesnt gave a correct response.august month also gone.
then i sended the mails about worst response to nodal officer and then also i had no response,then i called them they said we will solve soon,after that also there is no response.

I called them continously everyday finally six days back nodal officer and finance team said that the final settlement was not in process till now.

Then i have contacted the head of uninor in mail,he has also no response.then the nodal officer and ZSm of coimbatore called me today and Zsm is illtreating and using some bad words through phone call to me.the nodal officer is only evidence for this .i am totally vexed and now i made my mind to go to Trai.i need your help.I was totally exhausted and vexed.

More than that i have some evidence that the illegal activities is going on in Uninor.I need to tell all these
worst cases to people of India and Indian authorities.I need your help
