    My Brother has deposited black berry cell IMEI no. 353872042172127 at Redington Black Berry Support Centre.that time its working and some of keys are not working except that all device are working. So how can its possible that my mobile got liquid damage.

    Greetings!
    Thank you for contacting Redington Black Berry Support Centre

    Your Black Berry handset bearing IMEI no. 353872042172127 given for service against the Work-order AHM/BB/11/02436 was sent to Blackberry High Level Repair Center for further repairs.

    The handset did not meet warranty criteria. The handset is irreparable due to Liquid traces on keypad and golden pad.
    The Report and snap shot is attached for your reference.

    We apologise for the inconvenience, the handset will not be considered in warranty.
    As already mentioned in our receipt, you are requested to kindly collect the handset from the service centre by paying the inspection charge of Rs.180.

    I have airtel prepaid sim. One day, I got the message like "thanks for downloading hungama content game from airtel. you have been charged Rs.99. I didn't use airtel live. My homepage is google and i have not followed any link.I have not received any content games, though i have been charged. is there any way i can get refund.moreover is this a subscription service because i received a message thank you for subscription.can anyone help me regarding this. Also I got message after one month like "Your subscription is renewed automatically" for the same thing given above. They took my balance also. My number is 9994010312.
