    Post Credit card not received

    SIR,

    I AM MUTHULINGAM.V , I CAN'T RECEIVED ANY CREDIT CARD FROM ICICI BUT IN CIBIL AROUND RS20000 DUE FOR MY NAME IN CIBIL DEFAULTER LIST ,IT WAS CHECKED WITH BANK HE WAS SAID THAT , ICICI CREDIT CARD ISSUED BY U AND INSURANCE AMOUNT DEBITED FOR THAT CREDIT CARD IN AUTO PAYMENT SCHEME FORM CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT OT INSURANCE PREMIUM ACCOUNT ,

    IT WAS UNAUTHORIZED ,SO I WANT TO DELET MY NAME IN CIBIL DEFAULTER LIST ALSO,
