I purchased a pair of sandles from WINGS SHOES, AJMAL KHAN ROAD ,KAROL BAGH, on 29th july(my b'day).
But just within a week the golden lamination on sandles started peeling off & a messy patch started showing up.
I talked to Mr. Gurjeet Singh at WINGS SHOES, before taking my sandles for replacement.
But to my surprise, he failed to acknowledge having talked to me telephonically & behaved very badly; saying that although these sandles are their store's product , but have not received such type of problem ealier & without listening to me further told me rudly to go out of his shop & that he will do nothing about the problem.
I felt so harassed & torture & felt like wasted my Rs 800 on such pair of sandles that failed completly to deliever it's quality & its further hassles.Pl. suggest what to do.
