my lcd was having very complecated panal problem.
lastly sales head of up came to service centre personally and approved that my lcd is defected. now the service centre forwarded my request of replacement.
guys today i am sharing my experience here and giving you few tips so you didnt get frustated by service centre.
1-if u see any problem on the product just log the 1st complain to the customer care not to service centre.
2-then just contact with the shop from where you bought your product and tell him about your problem.because sells department have lot more power than service department.
3-reguarly call coustomer care and there head office and email them for get updated about your complain status.
4-get the no of service head and sells head from the shop and inform him if u are not satisfied with service.
5-if ur problem still not resolved the printout your all emails and stand in front of the store and tell every person about your problem who entres the shop and tell him not to buy that product.
guy this is the last trick u all should try before appealing in consumor court this meathod helped me to solve my issue and lastly sells head came to service centre and approved my lcd is defected.
