Sir, My name is Suhail Bin Ahmed from Tolichowki Hyderabad. I have been duped and emotionally tortured by the internet cable service provider at hyderabad (BEAM TELECOM PVT. LTD. 8-2-610/A, Road No - 10 Banjara Hills,Hyderabad - 500034, A.P, INDIA). They have taken advance rent for 1 month and connection charges on 24 may 2011. Till now they have not given me connection and whenever i call the customer care at banjara office they say wait for 48hrs and this is going on till now. no technical team called me so far. my ticket number currently is (complaint no: 2361284). So many complaints but no appropriate service. sir pls help me and take appropriate action against theses culprits in providing me immediate connection or refund my money.
