Mr. Sathyanarayana Bhat of Papemajalu Milk Producers Co-operative Society had Yashaswini Family Health Insurance. His wife Mrs. Ranjini was not able to pass urine because of Acute Retroversion of Fibroid Uterus. She underwent Hysterectomy (Removal of Uterus) Operation at Dhavanthari Hospital Puttur in 2008. Her claim bills were sent by the hospital authorities and later persued by her. But the Yashaswini Insurance would never oblige. Sathyanrayana Bhat sued in the Civil Court with the help of Sri Shambhu Bhat. But Yashaswini kept on refusing. He learnt that Mr. Sanjay D., Consumer Consultant would help him secure his goal. He closed the Civil Suit and persued the matter in Consumer Court.
