We had contracted Berger Paint India Ltd for Easy Clean, Enamel & Polish work services at my home in the month of Sep-10 and asked to Berger Staff Mr Chetan to start the work from 1st Oct-10 So that it can be finished before Diwali (Year 2010) which company staff has committed to complete the entire work with in 15 days, Against which we have paid three cheques to Berger India as per agreement. The work was started on 1st Oct-10 and till date (28-Feb-2011) It is not completed also they have hired some incompetent professional for polish work resulting in irreparable damage to my furniture’s ( Four Almiras & 1 TV Trolley) which resulted in huge financial loss of Rupees 125000/-
Also the work which started on 1st of Oct. 2010 & till now it is not completed which has resulted in immense mental agony against we have already informed the company through several mails that we will be charging Berger @ Rs 2000/-day against the delay in completion after 15th of Oct. 2010 which amounts to Rs 268,000/- till date that is 28th of February 2011.

We have made regular correspondences through phone e mails against which they have agreed that it was there mistake to send untrained workers who have used LOHE KA JUNA resulting in the damage of our new Teak wood furniture which were polished for the first time they have sent two staffs for inspection rectification. For Rectification work Berger have used PU polish through untrained contractors which further damaged the furniture now they are saying that it cannot be repaired they are also not ready to compensate the losses mental agony which we are suffering because of the worst services provided by the company of Repute.

I request the concern authorities to take an appropriate action against this and do not force me to go to consumer court for filing the case for cheating against BERGER PAINT
