I had purchased one commercial space in G+4 residential cum commercial flat at 2004 and started restaurant business on it after completion of flat other members purchased flat in same building and we start a flat owners community also selected one sectary to collect revenue for maintainance of building that time every body agreed to pay Rs. 200.00 per month and also agreed to submit time to time expenses report with balance sheet after 2 years when full flat was sold out only 7 residence flat owner made their own association and told me to pay 600 per month with any balance sheet or expanses report out of 7 ,3 flat owners are belongs to same family and 2 others flat owners stopped my water connection.
whereas I told them that it is not possible for me to bare because I am not enjoy full facility only using water which was boring from underground also offered to make separate meter with water pump I will pay 40% of the amount they are not agreed and case was filled against me is under judiciary and suddenly they disconnect my water supply,
therefore my question is should I am able to make any police case on them.
