Im also facing problem from reliance for activating automatically dialler tone

I have also purchased Reliance –gsm-prepaid card,im also suffering from problem of automatically activation of dialer tone by Reliance-gsm
How reliance gsm is making people ,new customer fraud ?iI think Reliance communication is going in loss so they want money by such tackles.

Please help me for same.
